By the signature below, Merchant:

• certifies that all information provided in this SwiFPay Merchant Service Self-Registration is true, accurate and not misleading, and we reserve the right to recover any charges or losses from Merchant, arising from any false, inaccurate or misleading information provided by Merchant.
• agrees that the Merchant Service Agreement, shall take effect upon the last date on which this SwiFPay Merchant Service Self-Registration is executed (“”), and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the respective term therein, unless terminated earlier according to the terms of the Merchant Service Agreement.
• authorizes us to verify and/or obtain information from any credit reference agencies, financial institutions or any other relevant authorities as may be authorized by law and by whatever means we may consider appropriate.
• acknowledges that we reserve the sole and absolute right to approve or decline Merchant’s application without assigning any reasons whatsoever. For an unsuccessful application, the supporting documents will be destroyed and not be returned to Merchant.
• has accessed and read the Privacy Policy issued by us (which is available on our official website at https://www.syntrinos.com/privacy-policy/), and confirm Merchant’s agreement to the same. Merchant hereby confirms that no further permission or consent is necessary or required in relation thereto and this shall constitute the consent required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other contractual consent for such disclosures of information.
